We have a great new machine that uses radiofrequency to reduce wrinkles and tighten skin. I just got it done on my forehead today and the deep wrinkles that I had since I was a teenager are gone in just one treatment. It did not hurt , and we did not need anesthesia, and no redness or down time. Iam out to dinner tonight. It’s amazing!
Grossly un-even breast? – breast augmentation and lift could be an answer

Do u have grossly different size breasts?
Breast augmentation with saline implants using different amounts of saline in each breasts with a mild creasant breast lift may be the answer.
I did this the other day on a patient that was size C on one Brest and size A on the other- Now she is a D on both and very happy.
More minimal invasive breast augmentation

The minimal invasive awake breast augmentations are such an advatageous procedure that we are doing more and more of them everyday. Memory gel silicone implants or saline implants can been done minimally invasive while you are awake with as little done time as 2 days. Patients walk out after the procedure feeling great in usualy 10 minutes! Unbelievable, when usualy with the traditional breast augmentation it takes several hours in the recovery room , with nausea and vomiting and pain. You owe it to yourself to get your breast augmentation done by our center and be able get back to work,school or you life on 2 days. No drains are used and you get to pick the final size in the operating room so no disatisfaction later by getting the wrong size picked by others not you.
Minimal invasive breast augmentation

Today I saw a patient who did a minimal invasive breast augmentation with me. She had silicone implants. She is one week post – op and she was so happy, she had minimal bruising , almost no pain, and no drains. She only using mortin occasionally , she had already went back to work 4days ago, and feels great. She realy feels her breast are very natural and soft and is glad she chose silicone implants. She also mentioned she was so surprised that she really had almost no pain and that she is only taking mortin, when many of her friends who had breast augmentation the traditional way were sore and in pain for weeks, taking morphine, and other stronger medications for pain.
This is an example of another patient that realy makes me feel why would anyone chose to do it in the traditional way, when there is this alternative.

Less Invasive Breast Augmentation

Dr. Helliwell has incorporated advancements in the area of minimally invasive cosmetic surgery into the breast implant procedure. Dr. Helliwell’s procedure is performed under local or tumescent anesthesia as performed in liposculpture surgery. You will be given oral medication to relax you. A small incision is then made in the fold under the breast and a pocket is created under the chest muscle. The placement under the muscle gives a very natural appearance and greatly lessens the possibility of a hardened capsule around the implant and eliminates rippling. Since you are awake, you are placed in a sitting position where you are part of the team to determine a satisfactory appearance and size. Fifteen minutes after the procedure is completed, you will be able to walk out of the office. However, we do require someone to drive you home. That person must also be available to remain in the office during the procedure. In addition, you will be required to visit our office for follow up appointments to monitor your progress and healing.
